Cancel any time
There's no contract. Cancel from your account (Manage billing) whenever you like. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and it won't renew.
Your first month
If az.ai isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first plan payment and we'll refund that payment in full, as long as you haven't used more than a quarter of that month's credits.
Credit packs
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Once some credits from a pack are used, the unused part can still be refunded within those 14 days.
Domain names
Registry fees for domain names can't be refunded once a name is registered, because the registry doesn't refund them to us. We always ask for your OK before registering a name.
If something went wrong
If a job didn't do what we said it would, tell us and we'll put the credits back or make it right. We'd rather fix it than argue about it.
Wrong or double charges
If a charge looks wrong or you were charged twice, use the contact form and we'll fix it, usually within 2 business days. A duplicate charge is always refunded in full.
How to ask
Write to our contact form from the email on your account. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. Billing will show as Names.com - AZ.AI. Who bills me?
