These terms are an agreement between you and az.ai, a Names.com company ("az.ai", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using az.ai you agree to them. We've kept them as plain as we can.
1. What az.ai does
az.ai helps you run a business or a set of domains: names and domains, websites, email, marketing, customers and sales. Some tools are live today and some are switching on in stages; each one is labelled.
2. Your OK comes first
Anything that spends money, sends a message on your behalf, publishes something or changes a live service waits for your approval, unless you've chosen to let a specific task run on its own within limits you set. You can pause everything with one switch, and you can undo changes we make.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account, including actions by team members you invite.
- Tell us right away at our contact form if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Plans, credits and payment
- Plans are billed monthly in advance by Names.com. Prices are shown on the secure checkout page before you pay. Billing will show as Names.com - AZ.AI. Plan renewals show NAMES.COM AZ.AI. Who bills me?
- Plan credits are for the month they come with. Credits from packs don't expire. Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred.
- Every job shows its credit cost before it runs. Big jobs get a quote you approve.
- Taxes may be added where the law requires.
- Cancelling and refunds follow our refund policy: cancel any time, unused credit packs within 14 days, and any wrong or double charge fixed, usually within 2 business days.

5. Your content and data
What you put into az.ai, and what we make for you with it, is yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We don't sell your data. See the privacy policy.
6. Domains
Domain names are registered in your name with an accredited registrar and are subject to that registrar's terms and the rules of each domain ending. We show a name as available only after checking the registry, but availability can change in the seconds before you register it.
7. AI-made work
Our tools use AI to draft text, pages, ideas and replies. AI can make mistakes, so please review anything important before you approve it. We don't promise search rankings, sales or any particular result.
You can choose AI models made by other companies, for example Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Meta, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Alibaba and Perplexity. Their names are trademarks of their owners; az.ai isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them. Using a model through az.ai follows these terms and the price shown before each run.
8. Fair use
Please follow our acceptable use policy. We may pause or close accounts that break it, after warning you where we reasonably can.
9. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep az.ai running and backed up, but we can't promise it'll never be interrupted. We may improve or change features. If we make a change that matters to you, we'll tell you before it takes effect.
10. Ending your account
You can cancel any time from your account. You can export your data before you go. We may end the service for an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms.
11. Responsibility
To the extent the law allows, az.ai isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
