Why does it say Names.com?
az.ai and Names.com are run by the same team. Names.com runs the payment account for az.ai, so Names.com is the seller name on the payment page and on your bank or card statement.
What will my statement show?
NAMES.COM* AZ.AI for credit packs and other one-time purchases, and NAMES.COM AZ.AI for monthly plan renewals. Some banks shorten it or add a city or phone number. The amount and the date match the receipt we email you. Prices are in US dollars; your bank may show a conversion if your card is in another currency.
Who do I contact about a charge?
Use the contact form at az.ai/dp/az/contact with the date and the amount. If a charge looks wrong, please contact us before your bank: we answer fast and we fix mistakes.
How do refunds work?
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase (the unused part too, if you used some), and your first plan payment within 14 days if you've used no more than a quarter of that month's credits. If a charge looks wrong or you were charged twice, we fix it, usually within 2 business days. Refunds go back to the card you paid with; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
