Yearly plans cost the same as 10 months. Prices include everything; tax is added at checkout where it applies.
Every plan includes
Credits: how building and changes are paid
1 credit is 1 cent. Your plan includes credits every month, and you can add a credit pack any time.
Before every change to your site you see about how many credits it takes and the most it can be. You pay only what the change really uses, never more than that most. A request that changes nothing is free.
Quick edits (words, colors, spacing, phone or hours) cost less than big changes (new pages, a redesign, a store).
Web addresses (domains)
Yearly plans include one web address free for the first year. Monthly plans get it after 3 paid months, or you can buy it right away at the price shown.
After the first year, a web address renews every year at the renewal price shown in My domains. Automatic renewal is off unless you turn it on (in My domains, or by choosing it at checkout): you pick the card and see the yearly price and the charge date (14 days before the renewal date) first, and you can turn it off any time. If the price goes up, we ask you before charging. Otherwise we e-mail you 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before.
A web address you get through az.ai is yours. You can move it to another company 60 days after it's registered (a rule from the domain registry): in My domains, tap Move away and we unlock it and show you the transfer code.
Connecting a web address you already own costs nothing extra when you add the two DNS lines yourself, and the secure padlock (SSL) is always free. Where your domain company offers one-tap setup, "Connect it for me" is $9.99 one time per web address, included with Pro and up. WHOIS privacy, locking, DNS editing and forwarding are included with every web address in My domains.
Your content is yours
Everything you build stays in your account, every version, until you delete it. Deleted sites and versions wait in Trash for 30 days, so you can restore them.
You can download your site as a .zip file any time, and download all your account data from Account.

Cancel and refunds
Cancel any time in Account. Your plan keeps working until the end of the time you've paid for.
If you ask for a refund in your first year and your plan's free web address was registered, the web address's regular yearly price is taken off the refund, and the web address stays yours.
