Reseller terms

1. What you can do

You may create workspaces for your clients, brand their portal with your name, logo and colours, set your own prices on top of az.ai's prices, and bill your clients yourself.

2. Prices and money

You pay az.ai's listed price at the time of use (1 credit = $0.01 at face value). You set the price your clients pay; it can't be below the listed price. You fund client workspaces by moving credits from your own wallet. You are responsible for billing and collecting from your clients and for any taxes on what you charge them. az.ai shows you the numbers from its ledgers; it doesn't collect from your clients until card collection (Stripe Connect) is switched on, and will tell you before it is.

3. Honesty with your clients

You must not misstate what az.ai does, invent results, reviews or statistics, or hide that AI produces the work. Clients see a price before any job runs and approve it. If you turn off "Powered by az.ai", you still may not claim the platform is your own technology in a way that is false.

4. Content standards

Everything made through your account follows az.ai's content standards (no sexual content, gambling or abortion promotion, occult promotion, hate or harassment, scams, fake news, impersonation, or posing as a licensed professional). You're responsible for your clients' use; repeated violations end reseller mode.

5. Data and privacy

Each client workspace is separate: clients can't see your other clients, and you can see a client's usage and job list for support and billing. Only invite people with their permission. Don't upload personal data you aren't allowed to process.

6. Caps and suspension

Monthly caps per client limit what you can move to them. az.ai may pause reseller mode or a client workspace for unpaid balances, abuse or legal risk, and will tell you why.

7. Changes and ending

We'll give 30 days' notice of material changes. You can stop reselling any time; client workspaces you created stay accessible to their members for 30 days so they can take their work with them.
